ArcLights Foundation aim to change and shape lives. The work we do at our Non Profit Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals, educational institutions and communities all across Nigeria.
Arc Lights Foundation engages with teachers, educational consultants and schools to deliver a broad, balanced education that places value on CREATIVITY, INNOVATION, PROBLEM SOLVING, COLLABORATION, FUN AND ENGAGEMENT.
We believe that building academic and 21st century skills will lead to ACTIVE, COLLABORATIVE and LIFE LONG LEARNERS.
As National Organiser of WORLD ROBOT OLYMPIAD (WRO), NIGERIA, we promote STEM education in schools all across Nigeria and organise the Annual WRO, Nigeria. Winners of this annual competition represent Nigeria yearly in the International WORLD ROBOT OLYMPIAD in different countries across the World.
Arc Lights Foundation (AF) For Educational Development and Improvement in Africa is the Non Profit arm of Arc Lights Group, Exclusive Partners of LEGO Education, West Africa.
Arc Lights Foundation formed the Association of School Directors and Educators in Nigeria (AF-ASDEN) to deliver school transformation, redesign the Nigerian Curriculum, School consultancy and Teachers training to low cost and state schools all across Nigeria.

Arc Lights Foundation STEM Teachers Entrepreneurial and Empowerment Program (AF- STEEP)
At ArcLights Foundation has piloted an entrepreneurial program, where selected participants, where trained in STEM education with special emphasis on Robotics, Coding and Marketing.
Participants are then supported by a number of LEGO education resources to offer after school programs in schools.
Participant A who used to earn fifty thousand naira monthly earned a total sum of One million, three hundred thousand naira at the end of one term ( 3/4 months) from a collection of 5 schools. They get to participate with students they teach at the National and International World Robot Olympiad.

A Toy for An African Child
"Only the best is good enough" Project
Community engagement is at the core of our strategy. Arc Lights Foundation through Its affiliations with LEGO Group donates LEGO Toys to over 50,000 children annually via different channels and partnerships, such as UNICEF unto State Schools across Nigeria, OANDO Foundation, Children Surviving Cancer in Luth on their birthdays, Lagos, Bethesda Schools, so many more.
Suit a teacher
We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our partners are better prepared to manage the unique situations they find themselves in. We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers teachers in our community and delivers the support they need, when they need it. With our Suit a teacher initiative, low income earning Teachers get help with good outfit to boost their confidence in their classrooms.

Through our Community Development, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. This is one of our key areas of focus here at ArcLights Foundation for Educational Development and Improvement in Africa, and a source of much success for our Non Profit Organization. Our future plan is to set up low cost schools in developing areas across Nigeria. This will be our base in that particular community to bring quality education to all, enlightenment,STEM education, recreation, provide jobs, provide health care insurance, legal insurance, micro finance, water and electricity. This laudable project will commence in September 2018 in a number of communities across Nigeria.
