Arc Lights Foundation STEM  Teachers Entrepreneurial and Empowerment  Program (AF- STEEP)

At ArcLights Foundation has piloted an entrepreneurial program, where selected participants, where trained in STEM education with special emphasis on Robotics, Coding and Marketing.

Participants are then supported by a number of LEGO education resources to offer after school programs in schools.

Participant A who used to earn fifty thousand naira monthly earned a total sum of  One million, three hundred thousand naira at the end of one term ( 3/4 months) from a collection of 5 schools. They get to participate with students they teach at the National and International World Robot Olympiad.
